Much to my dismay, I did not have a good experience. Even though I got half way into the process, I felt the representative was not communicative and did not have great vision. I did not expect my closets to stump someone who has been in the business for several years. They also did not work weekends (contrary to website hours) when many potential customers are available. It was very frustrating and will not return.
We love our new designed closets by Closet Plus! We worked with Char, who designed our closets for our new laundry room renovation. She helped us design, our space for the two closets in the room. She listened to our needs. I do a lot of laundry that is athletic clothing that doesn’t go in the dryer, I use to drag my baskets of wet clothes to hang else where in the home. We've used this company twice for 2 different closets. They helped us design storage for our space, installed it quickly & professionally, and were reasonable on price (they were cheaper than "the container store" even with coupons). Would highly recommend, and would use again.
We had them do 2 closets and they were always so friendly and hands on. They my closets perfect. I can’t thank them enough!
I walked in the store and ask for information about closets ( flooring was the next question after they would show me the opciones for closets) We just purchased a home and we have several projects to complete this summer. The (older) gentleman told me the person that works in the closets area only works weekdays, he grabbed a business card, gave it to me and walked away while I was still talking.
