I had an amazing experience with Closets alas Vegas! Joe and his entire team are amazing and very helpful. I had a great time in office picking out the perfect closet. Scheduling for installation was quick and easy. The installation process was the best. The process took 1.5 days. The installers were very professional and took care of all of the material. Chantal was excellent to work with to ensure that my clients closets in their new home since they live out of state. We came up with a great plan based off of their needs and requests. July 8, 2025 - I will give zero stars for extremely bad communication if I can. I have my shutters done by Closets Las Vegas. I was happy with it because they did a great job until it broke and needed to be fixed. I have been waiting for my shutters to be repaired but their communication is bad! I have called and emailed a year ago but the first person who was taking care of my issues no longer works there (from what I have been told). We designed our master bedroom closet with Chantal Klinger and she was Awesome. She was very professional and patient with us throughout the entire process in choosing our options. We decided on a combination of the Classica and Freedom Rail Designs in Midnight with an island.
