I would never use this company again. The installation process, the product accuracy was very bad. Their customer service is terrble. I was supposed to get our closets installed on Dec 13th. On Dec 11th we got a call that the product we bought, they didn't sell. So met with our sales person on the 13th to finalize the order again from August. The next install date was Jan 9th, which didn't work for us. The sales manager Jose, committed to get the install done on Dec 30th. We traveled back to the house for the install on the ... read more
I would NEVER recommend this company. Nothing but problems. It took 5 months to build a wall unit for me. Horrible customer service! No return phone calls. Got hung up on numerous times. They ran charges WITHOUT my authorization. Showed up unannounced and then didn’t show for scheduled appointments. Measurements were wrong SEVERAL times, they had to keep coming back. Designer lost her cell phone and there was no communication and more problems stemming from that. I called the Vice President and even HE didn’t return my call.... read more

I had a great experience working with Closet World. professional tech and had great suggestions for a closet remodel I wanted in my condo.
Today has been awful. After 2 meetings and agreeing to terms installer comes today and guess what, all measurements were off and not by a little. By over 20inches on a single wall. They had to re-design while here. Then items we custom ordered like the built in ironing board were not on hand... seems to have been a mixup there too. So right now we sit here after thousands have been spent with an incomplete closet.
