First I must say punctuality is of most important to me, the moving company were FOUR hours late. They did a splendid job in securing thing which I didn't secure properly. I would recommend Closetbox.

It would be nice if you could make small changes to the inventory up until the evening before pick-up. I didn’t know exactly what I would have until that night when I finished packing, so even though it didn’t change much, it would have been nice to be able to adjust somehow.

The initial planning was fairly simple through the website. I spoke with several employees over the course of two weeks, all who were well informed of my order and plan. On one occasion I even called to check the status of things and the gentleman who answered the phone had remembered speaking to me previously regarding another question!
