I wish that I could give this company a ZERO. They are a very deceptive company that offers Free pickup of your items. It is definitely not Free. I have been a customer with Closetbox for a year. I have paid nearly $2,000 in storage fees. When I inquired about removing items from storage, I was told that in order to Access my items they would charge me to view them or pick up my own items.
