Jess was extremely rude, did not let me get a word out and continued to speak over the top of me. I placed an order for a dress I need by a certain date. The website said it was available and would arrive to me on time. Jess advised me the day after I put through the order that the dress was not in good condition and would not get to me in time. My first time using this company for dress hire and it did not disappoint. Upon receiving my dress (2 days ahead of planned delivery date) I was able to try on and realise a size down would fit better. After calling the store I was able to drop in and collect the next size down which fortunately was available. The staff we friendly and accommodating to what I needed. 5 stars from me. I will definitely be back, and recommending to friends :)
