Gary and Bill are standup guys. If you need to make a big purchase, it is good to have a reliable seller like Closet Masters. I was ordering a Hafele crank desk. Bill's recommendations on what parts to get were better than Hafele's catalog. He knew his stuff. When I had problems with the product, ClosetMasters provided me with fast, excellent service. Thank you!

They should teach the world what customer service is all about. Bill was quick to reply in the chat room on their site, and called immediately to place an order over the phone - all this for an item that was hard to get and I still don't know if it will work. Stress Free!!!!

Just called to ask if they sold hardware for a closet. Amy answered and said she did not know and that someone would have to call me back. I asked her if she would confirm the hours of operation for today, and she repeated that someone would have to call me back; all she does is answer calls, and that she knows nothing about the store. Online it says "representatives are standing by," but clearly that's misleading. If I can't get minimal info from my initial phone call, they're not worth my time/money in person.
