One of the best, most professional experiences I have had in decades. From the sales rep (Monica) to the scheduling, to the great up-to date communication, everything was streamlined. My installation date was even moved up. The installer was amazing. He was polite, on-time, cleaned up the space after each day, and was a true carpenter. I highly recommend Closet Factory. I will use them again for another project.
The designer was professional and very helpful. I got exactly what I was looking for. They called with scheduling the installation and followed up with emails. The installer was professional, neat and efficient. He did a beautiful job. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.
