One of the best, most professional experiences I have had in decades. From the sales rep (Monica) to the scheduling, to the great up-to date communication, everything was streamlined. My installation date was even moved up. The installer was amazing. He was polite, on-time, cleaned up the space after each day, and was a true carpenter. I highly recommend Closet Factory. I will use them again for another project.

Having our custom closets installed by Closet factory has completely changed our morning routine. The whole process was simple and fast from designing to installation. Carol was very thorough in designing a few options of what we could do with the space we had and that it would fit our needs. We looked through the different materials and colors available to us.
