We love our new closets! Our design consultant listened to our needs and created the best design possible for our space. The installer was polite and paid incredible attention to detail. The end product is an A plus!!
Closet Factory Westchester designer Rachel designed a too low custom $11K closet for our space when we specifically asked for floor to ceiling look. Then head designer Gina got involved but after 8 weeks of flagging the issue to Gina with clear instructions Closet Factory have still not designed and installed the closet that we paid for!! Kim.m came in to our house very friendly and professional. She got right to the point with our space for our closet project. Install day was also smooth and flawless and it matched to what we saw on Kim’s digtal layout. . Fairly priced and full on communication along the way . Extremely satisfied

Closet Factory recently installed a custom mudroom with a built-in food pantry, an electronic charging station, bench seating, storage areas for coats, shoes, scarfs, hats, and cleaning supplies, all in an entry into the house from the garage that measures a little over 11x5 feet!
