We had a wonderful experience with Closet factory. They were the most customizable option while being the most cost effective. We had a double desk built in designed and installed. Angela was great to walk us through the options and offer design recommendations. Installation was what really sold us. DJ and Scott came to the house on time. They were extremely kind and polite. They installed the built in in a timely fashion. The edges were well mitered and caulked. The final installation looked like it was built with the house... read more
We had the Closet Factory come out to our new construction home in Connelly Springs. They did an amazing job ! Very professional and high quality of work. Thanks Sarah, DeeJay, Terrell, Isaac, and Kenan !
Good quality and smart design with lots of options. Installers, Scotty and Zac, were skilled, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend.
We used Closet Factory for our walk in closet redesign and could not be any happier. Jessica O’Rourke was our designer and she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We trusted her immediately. Our installer Scottie was TOP NOTCH. He arrived 20 minutes early for an 8am appointment all the way in Rowan County. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company and this team of professionals. We will absolutely use Closet Factory again in the very near future.
5 stars! A big “thank you” for our Closet Factory installers Terrell, Keenan, and DeeJay. They worked efficiently to install everything in 7 distinct locations in just 1 day. The closets look awesome. The materials are durable and high-quality. Terrell, Keenan, and DeeJay were super careful when installing things. For example, they laid down blankets to protect the floors from any scratches. Even more impressively, they cleaned so thoroughly that we didn’t even need to dust or vacuum any debris after they left. Thank you, Te... read more
