The closets look awesome. The materials are durable and high-quality. Terrell, Keenan, and DeeJay were super careful when installing things. On June 9, 2026 i had a custom closet installed with Closet Factory. My Designer Jessica O'Rourke came into home and did the assessment with me, listened to what I wanted and sat down and began to design. She came back with a 3D view and to my surprise, brought my vision to life, very point on with more. I reached out to so many local places to get quotes for a built-in library with rolling ladder on a 15 ft high wall and Closet Factory was incredibly quick to respond and schedule a visit for a free estimate while many other places in the area either never responded or charged for an estimate.
