We used Closet Factory for our walk in closet redesign and could not be any happier. Jessica O’Rourke was our designer and she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We trusted her immediately. Our installer Scottie was TOP NOTCH. He arrived 20 minutes early for an 8am appointment all the way in Rowan County. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company and this team of professionals. We will absolutely use Closet Factory again in the very near future.
5 stars! A big “thank you” for our Closet Factory installers Terrell, Keenan, and DeeJay. They worked efficiently to install everything in 7 distinct locations in just 1 day. The closets look awesome. The materials are durable and high-quality. Terrell, Keenan, and DeeJay were super careful when installing things. For example, they laid down blankets to protect the floors from any scratches.
