Closet Factory is new to the West Michigan market. Based on the 5-star reviews provided by other customers, I wonder if I may have been their first customer before additional training was implemented to correct worrisome gaps in process? Closet Factory has been such a pleasure to work with. From the initial contact the staff was helpful and full of creative ideas to make our space work the way we needed it to.
