We ordered garage cabinets and a slat wall. We were told on our installation date that the slat wall was back ordered. We also were told they had forgotten our hinges for our cabinet doors and they would be installed with the slat wall. We received notice that the slat wall was in shortly after install. Two months later and we cannot get anyone to answer us on when we can expect installation, despite countless texts and calls.
The phone number is incorrect as it directs me to the Miami location.
The designer listened to my needs, offered suggestions and I am thrilled with the end result. The installation was outstanding. The installer was very professional. It was a small job but I was treated like a valued customer. I took a picture of the mess my shelves were before Closet Factory installed drawers. The drawers are very well constructed and have the soft close feature.
