We have waited a long time to install my daughters murphy bed. From the first meeting with the sakes agent, to many calls with the owner and finally meeting the 2 installers I sm beyond impressed. My family has been through a lot this year and Chris the owner treated me like family. Actually treated me better than family. The final product looks amazing. I have more projects for this team, I just need to save first. Call them, they are amazing
I had a great experience with Closet Factory, starting with the design process with Nerissa with great renderings and through the execution of my vision. The end result is just beautiful and exactly what I wanted (a wall-to-wall floating tv console with floating shelves and a bookshelf) and it was all within my budget. The installation team was fast and respectful and clean. I am using Closet Factory for a second project already!
