Closet Factory has been extremely unaccommodating and I am very disappointed with their service. We clearly agreed with the salesperson that demolition and removal of my old shelves was included in the scope and price, and this was my condition for moving forward. Once the job was scheduled, they claimed it was not in the contract and tried to charge me an extra $1,200. I refused and ended up removing the shelves myself the evening before installation. My husband and I would like to Thank Caroyln Houk-Pesce she was our Wonderful Designer for our closet we were very very pleased with her from the moment she came in she so pleasant she was very Professional and informative of what of closet factory offers .She took her time to explain every proposal she presented to me and was patient with any questions I had I felt so comfortable with her I asked to change a few things she didn’t hesitate to come back into the closet area to confirm my changes while showing me how she w... read more

Carol was very friendly and knowledgeable of various designs. All I knew was that I wanted items off the floor of the garage, and Carol walked me through a plan with cabinets, shelves, and a hanging wall to organize my garage in a very neat and professional manner. The installer, Robert, was professional. I had an appointment and left Robert in the garage. Once Robert was finished, he removed all debris and left a message for me to close my garage.
