The communication has been poor and unclear, especially regarding quotations. Initially, they would communicate one thing, but at the last minute, the details would change, leading to confusion and wasted time.Would prefer not to name the designer, but I found her attitude and tone to be highly unprofessional and somewhat rude, as if they did not value the customer. I am extremely disappointed."
