Great work by Matt and the team. The product is fantastic. Custom fit to our closets and cubbies. The installation team was friendly, very professional, and efficient. While it took a couple months between order and delivery due to how busy they are, the result is definitely worth the wait.
Great experience from the first phone call to closet install! Jessica, in the office, had the designer, Kim, come to our home for an estimate for 2 walk in closets. Shortly after signing a contract, Matt, the installer showed with all cut materials and made our closet idea a thing of beauty! Matt is the star of the show! This guy is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are! He took amazing care of the install! Now we are looking for other projects in the house that the Closet Factory could do for us! :)
