This is my third custom order from Closet Factory. I love them so much I keep going back for more!! Shelli (designer) and Dennis (installer) are the most customer oriented people I have worked with in a long time. Both of them work so hard to get everything just perfect! Already starting to think about my next CF project!
My mother paid them in June and the project is still not done in Nov for 900 SF. She has to pay extra cost for a hotel and the company has been unresponsive. BUYER BEWARE! This company is unresponsive, sloppy and the Owner is not responsibly contacting the clients.
Great product. The shelves are exactly what was promised. Our designer Karyn and the installer Jacob were both great!
Our designer Shelli Dierck was spot on with her design and was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to our wants, needs and desires and produced a creative and highly workable solution. Tony, our installer, was excellent to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, he adapted to existing conditions, followed the design perfectly, made the whole process easy, and he is a very pleasant person. If needed, I will be requesting him in the future.
