Our Closet Factory experience was amazing. We needed to redo our organizational systems for the dining area closet, washroom, and upstairs linen closet. We had a great set of consultations with our design consultant, Suzanne, and then the installation team was timely, professional, friendly and competent. Solid selection of designs and materials. I strongly recommend Closet Factory if you are thinking of redoing any interior space.
Tim McDonald the installer was very conscientious and meticulous about his work. His crew was also very good and accustomed to working together as a team. We did resolve some issues we had with the original design but at the end it all worked out.
Robert Peguero was on time, professional, clean and did a fantastic job installing our project!

Rebecca explained the entire process from start to finish, advised me of all my options and worked within my desired budget. She designed the perfect home office area for me.
