Had a great experience with the Closet Factory. Mandi was super helpful and easy to work with in designing the space and providing us with many options to choose from. They communicated very well throughout the project from start to finish and Bob did a great job installing everything. We love our closet and are already saving up for them to tackle our laundry room next! Definitely worth the money you pay for their services
We redid our bedroom closet. We had an excellent experience with the whole team. Rick Staller who designed the space listened attentively to our needs and created a design that we liked. It was very easy to communicate with the office ( Candi Krause ). The wait time for the project to be completed was reasonable. The installer( Chris ) was exceptional. We love our master bedroom closet system from Closet Factory! From start to finish it was a positive experience! The photos don’t do the finished product justice. Mandi was our designer and she worked with us to design a system that exceeded our storage needs yet stayed in our budget. While, the product of this company is nothing special, just average, like others I have seen, the issue I have with them is manufacturing, installation of product, and communication. When I first started this project, I was told that they like to start manufacturing for your job approximately two weeks before it begins. Apparently that is not true, as many days my installer would show up with what they had produced for him that morning.
