She listened to what we needed and created a layout that not just organized-it's smart. Everything finally has a place, and the closet feels bigger, brighter, and way more functional. Sarah made the whole process easy and even fun. Highly recommend Closet Factory if you are ready to love your closet again.
Everything was top tier. Sarah was very personable, offered great suggestions, and was accommodating to some of my whims. I received all correspondence when promised, and they do a great job of sending reminders ahead of install. The installation crew was on time, attentive to taking care of my property, and left no mess behind. My closet looks great and I am a happy customer!
