Before we met, I cautioned Rosie, my designer about my closet - it’s an odd shape! She was undaunted. We discussed the possibilities & my needs and she designed a plan for my closet that works beautifully. She was very professional throughout the entire process. My sister and I worked with Shanna. She was AMAZING! She listened to our needs and wants and created something fantastic. We have a small place and I was a bit worried about that but she was so warm and sweet and made us feel like our project mattered. My husband and I have used Closet Factory on two occasions. Both times have been fantastic. Rosie, our designer , was wonderful to work with both times.
