We love our new media center. It looks high-quality and grounds our room very well. Kendall was wonderful to work with. She listened well, was knowledgeable, and guided us through the design room visit, renderings, and final installation. And Romano installed it well and totally cleaned, up. From start to finish, this was a great experience.
I am thrilled with my new pantry. Nicole's design is prettier and more functional than I could have imagined. I have nothing but accolades for the design, customer service (Taylor) and the installers. I wish I could give more than five stars. This company really wants their customers to be happy. I spent 10k on master closet redo in my condo and it is beyond disappointing. Studded with rows and rows of holes for hanging sections that make it look really cheap. It's awful. I would not recommend. The pictures they sent of the design did not reflect this nor did the sales person, Kendall. Update: After reading the response from the owner. I 100 percent disagree. At no time did Kendall show me any pictures of the numerous unnecessary holes that come standard, nor did she convey that it was an option to go without. I went... read more
Excellent experience with Nicole and closet factory from start to finish. They did a really nice job with the install and we were able to configure the closet to our taste.
