I am thrilled with my new pantry. Nicole's design is prettier and more functional than I could have imagined. I have nothing but accolades for the design, customer service (Taylor) and the installers. I wish I could give more than five stars. This company really wants their customers to be happy. I spent 10k on master closet redo in my condo and it is beyond disappointing. Studded with rows and rows of holes for hanging sections that make it look really cheap. It's awful. I would not recommend. The pictures they sent of the design did not reflect this nor did the sales person, Kendall. Update: After reading the response from the owner. I 100 percent disagree. At no time did Kendall show me any pictures of the numerous unnecessary holes that come standard, nor did she convey that it was an option to go without. I went... read more
Excellent experience with Nicole and closet factory from start to finish. They did a really nice job with the install and we were able to configure the closet to our taste.
My wife and I are thrilled with our new custom Murphy bed and closet system! Shirley was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful, attentive, and dedicated to getting the functionality just right for our needs. She designed a beautiful queen-size unit that fits our space perfectly! (Dimensions: 9 ft. height, 16 in. depth, 130 in. width) The installation crew was on time (9am–4pm) and very professional. Unfortunately I never received a consultation. I called a week in advance, set up an appointment for someone to come and check out the closet, appointment time is here and no one showed up. I got a text after the given time saying the rep is having car problems, which was fine, and that I should be reached out to in 30 min… never heard back again. Bad business practice unfortunately - I was excited but on to the next.
