We had a very positive experience with the Closet Factory, from designing our closets with Mikaela, to the seamless install with Sergio. I found everyone we talked to to be very receptive to our needs, patient and professional. It is best if you know what you want since the options are many. I particularly liked combining two color finishes between the classic white background and the prestige maple drawers... Très chic!
so very pleased with the results of our closet system. Joseph designer was patient as we walked through all of our needs. Our home doesn’t have a basement and has limited closets so his suggestions were great. The units were installed yesterday by an incredibly neat and professional crew. We’ve been putting stuff away since yesterday and can’t believe how much we can now put in our closet, I wish I could give them six stars!
I worked with Gabi, who was professional and personable. Everyone else that I spoke to from the Closet Factory was just as professional. I love my closets! The designs were on point with what I needed, and the materials are of good sturdy quality.
