I worked with Sylvia Rosado to design my primary bedroom closet. She was very pleasant to work with and was open to my ideas. I contacted her several times to ask questions about things before the installation took place. She was always very responsive and explained things so that I was able to make a decision on whatever I was contacting her about. 5 star experience from start to finish. Diane was our designer and she was great to work with. She put together the perfect design for my office. Thaylon was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Super friendly and he did a very clean install. I highly recommend Closet Factory and especially Diane and Thaylon!
We worked with Eden to design our master and guest bedroom closets in our new home. She communicated well, was patient with all of my questions, and the closets turned out great! We are happy.
The installers, Thaylon and Simon, were the absolute best! Arrived on time and were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and courteous. Jason, the designer, met with us promptly and was creative and maximized our spaces. Thaylon had discovered some old drywall damage which caused us to reschedule the original install until we had it repaired.
