Eden should be so proud of her design and the closets they installed. Her design of my master closet, sewing room closet, and 3 others were fantastic. They are so beautiful and even more functional. Installation was seamless and just what she told us it would be. They are making a new to us home our own . Thank you so much Closet Factory ! And Eden!
I used Closet Factory twice. We worked with the designer, Vickie, both times. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and didn't want and designed absolutely beautiful and functional closets. The installers, Ramon and Thaylon, were professional, on time, and did an excellent job.
Superior product and excellent customer service. Our designer (Diane) and installer (Thaylon) were outstanding. We needed a minor adjustment to a mitered joint which my wife pointed out to Diane when she came for a post install inspection…the work order went in that day…and the repair completed the next. Five Star company and staff. Highly recommend!!
We had an excellent experience with Closets Factory from start to finish. The entire process was easy, pleasant, and stress-free. Designer Terry Sicard was fantastic—professional, attentive, and truly understood what we wanted. Installer Ryan was efficient, meticulous, and did a beautiful job. Everything looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
We had the most amazing experience with Diane – she is very detailed oriented and focused on meeting our exact needs. She spent a lot of time with us double checking measurements and getting our design to be a perfect fit for us! We worked with other Closet companies on other projects before and never felt like the rep put enough focus on how things would function for us, but Diane did - I will never use another company again!
