Everything was amazing. Very professional. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the workers showed up without a mask and didn’t have it on the whole time.

I called Closet Factory to come and give us an estimate for our den/office area. Our neighbor had used Amy Mendez as their designer and highly recommended her. So we gave it a shot. We were highly impressed with her knowledge and design capability. She designed us a Murphy bed for our guest and a home office combo. We are very thrilled with the outcome and would recommend Amy to anyone looking for a true professional with design skills to tackle any design project
We are excited for our second baby but worried about not enough closet space. A friend recommended Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory to help plan for our expansion. She was AMAZING! So kind, excited and she was careful about our budgetary restrictions. My husband was really impressed with how much thought she put into planning everything and explaining cost differences. The whole team Closet Factory are hard workers and trustworthy. Shellie, our designer and project manager was professional, responsive and attentive. The crew were all extremely kind and professional. We just completed a major renovation and the laundry room, garage storage and closets are impressive and well done! We couldn't be more pleased .
