I was very impressed by Roman's detailed work. I am so happy with my closets.
Rome was Excellent. He was In my bedroom closet for about 6 hrs and he was so professional and worked conscientiously at getting the job done. Very hard worker. I don't do reviews but experiencing Romes professionalism and dedication to his job I felt the need to let Closet Factory know what an asset he is to their business.
From start to finish ClosetFactory met all of my expectations. My closets are beautiful and Ray was a wonderful installer. Highly recommend ClosetFactory
I rarely leave reviews. I expect people to do their best and unfortunately sometimes disappointed. Nothing could be further from this than our experience with the closet factory. Our designer Deborah listened to all of our thoughts and desires for the closets in our new home. My visions for our pantry prompted other closet vendors to refer that space to a custom design team. We are so very happy with our closets! MJ was great with the designs, the schedule department was puntual and sent messages, reminders, etc. But the cherry on top were the installers; Andriy and Ivan were amazing! They were so respectful, courteous, and professional. They did a super job! I recommend this company 100%
