I had a great experience with Closet Factory. Kimberly O’Connor did a great job assessing our needs and creating a closet design that worked for us. Price removed the old closet and installed the new one. He did a fantastic job with both projects. Katelynn and Luke were great with scheduling, preparing us for the projects, and follow-up. Sarah (our designer) was so wonderful - really responsive and when there was a small issue with the production of one of our bookshelves she fixed it asap. Price (our installer) was fantastic! Even after the production issue he volunteered to come back out that same weekend with the new piece to be installed correctly and beautifully!
Excellent experience with Closet Factory! Sarah White did an amazing job designing our awkward spaces into beautiful, highly functional closets—she really maximized every inch. Ronal and Price were professional, skilled, and right on schedule. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be using them again!
