Warren was our designer and after meeting with other companies, his design for our wall bed unit best fit our needs. He was great to work with and always so kind and prompt to respond. It was a lot of decisions, big and little, to make but in the end, the product was worth it. We are very happy with our unit. We did run into a design issue during installation but Warren was helpful in coming up with a viable solution. We would definitely work with Warren and Closet Factory again for future projects.
Stay away! We got closets put in in February and 3 months later we are still dealing with issues and our closet is still not done. My husband requested for 2 days to fix our closet and was told it’d only take 1 when indeed they needed 2 to do the job correctly. When I met with the designer, I told her right away that they better send their best installers bc we will know if they short cut. Kimberly is the best!! I cannot say this enough. I had very, very specific requirements and her design met them all. I moved a network/coax outlet to the right corner for a wifi access point and have grommets on table top and along the wall underneath it to power various things from power strips. I couldn't be happier. I'm filling the open wall with a custom backing and maybe a TV later.
