My designer was wonderful throughout the sales process but the installers forgot to bring multiple items with them and they destroyed the room they were working in. There was so much damage to the new cabinets and walls that another Closet Factory installer had to come today (2 months after the fact) to correct the original crew's work. Right after this installer left (about 9pm tonight) I realized an entire wall of drawers are no longer useable because a cabinet door is now blocking them. RecommendedLoran did a great job listening to my needs and working on a great design for storing my grandchildren’s toys, arts and crafts. The installation was done ahead of schedule and to my satisfaction.
Stuart is a horrible designer. Why do have this man working for you?!?! He promised my sister 4-5 weeks for cabinets. The office is stated the custom cabinets takes 8 weeks. She waited the 8 weeks and they are still not right. Getting the running around from the office and Stuart. Meets with my sister to fix the problem and doesn't bring a computer or have any information that the office sent him. NOTHING!! When are you going to get your #### together.
