Installation was seamless. Amador, the installer, was professional and went out of his way to make everything perfect! Cindy, our representative, took the time to go over options and redesign our system according to our needs. This truly was a great experience, and I recommend the Closet Factory.

She met with us several times as we adjusted our plans and stopped by the day of installation to make sure everything was in good shape. Although not expected, she checked and responded to weekend emails! Just best experience you could hope for!
