I was ripped off! I consigned in October and was told to call in 30 days. Put it in my calendar and called in 30 days. Was told they would call me back. Called a few days later and left a message. No call back. Called in another few weeks. "We'll have to call you back." This happened 4 to 5 times. I finally get someone on the phone today... "Your account has been closed. Good selection of items, and the prices are alright. However, I wouldn't recommend consigning items here. The communication is very poor. Promises for return phone calls are often broken. There's a good bit of attitude behind the counter. They don't like it if you inquire about your items while in the store, yet don't return phone calls. Hours also vary as I was pretty much kicked out one day an hour before closing with no warning. Staff can be pushy and like to impose on your shopping. this is my first stop for clothes...and usually my only stop.
