We had great experience with the Closet & Cabinet Experts. Every part of the experience was delightful and the end product and install an A+.
The team did a great job from design to install. Richard B and Bryce S were efficient and so courteous.
Closet shelving and drawers were easily installed and went smoothly. The custom work in our living area ended up turning out well, but was quite a frustrating journey with many communication errors between their staff, multiple visits and corrections, and we ended up putting the finishing touches on ourselves.
From the first phone call and design consultation with Lauren, the care and professionalism has been astounding! Their installation was professional and on time, and the installer was polite and was as discreet as possible during the installation process (I.E. he did work outside and installed inside while being as quiet and out of the way as possible. They installed a closet system for me 4 years a go. It was in need of a minor repair. I called them up and they came back the next week and repaired it at no cost and no questions ask. Reiko, the installer, is a pleasure to work with.
