Extremely disappointed with my experience with Closet Builder. I had created a ~26 inch space which had 14 inch temporary closets already installed (from an older closet). I called Closet Butler to build a better and DEEPER closet to make proper use of that space. On the day of installation they showed up with 14inch closets which were practically same as what I had earlier. Very disappointed with them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After scheduling appointments they never showed up. The excuse was like the specialist lost her way. Seriously!!!! I am glad I saved my money. The person who cant locate my home. I think they can never design my home. I wish I can give zero star to them.
