I called to requested a person to come out to give me a quote to rearrange my closet to make it more accessible for me. Being I have disabilities I need things easier to retrieve. 2 appointment was made and no one from closet America call or text me to inform me of lateness or cancellation.After the first missed appointment I called and a rescheduled appointment was made and still no show or call. I called after 1 hour of lateness and sadly cancelled the service. I did not want a third disappointment.
I’m beginning to understand the reviews about poor customer service. I just began the purchase process a week ago. I had some concerns about my design and emailed my designer a day later. They got my deposit but I have yet to get my design issues addressed. I’m having doubts about my decision to contract with this company. Will update as this project evolves.
We have installed about $100,000 worth of cabinets around out house till date from this company. They keep saying any defect in their manufacturing and is warrantied for life. In the last 1-2 years we observed that the the table top for our study table is now peeling off. On reaching out to the company customer service, they are saying they will replace it with a different color table top. Thats ridiculous.
