Dishonest & disingenuous. Needless to say, I'll never use him again. I saw ducky, are whatever he calls himself, reply & it's a flat out lie. I sent a message on August 25th, over a month before closing, that I was declining the purchase of title insurance, which is my legal right!! Interestingly, he waited until 1 week before closing to object. (I have all of the texts & emails)... I just didn't feel the need to pay over $5,000 on insurance.
