Marissa DeMateo the settlement manager of the Somerville office was unprofessional and spiteful. She was given all the required billing information (amount, mailing address, etc.) but when it did not come in her preferred format, she delayed payment. She also would not send follow up closing hard copies that were requested multiple times.
