Purchased a house with this company in May 2025 and everything went fine. In December 2025, went to sell the house and there was a title issue. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I reached out to then for a correction, and they had something to my new title agency in about a week. The correction they issued was not approved by the attorneys.
