I am most definitely not impressed with the response as i didn’t purchase the car on the 23rd as i was away at this time,and wasn’t here on the 26th to inform anyone anything either. Very disappointed with the way that I was treated by the staff there. Please be careful when you are wanting to buy a car as they will lie to you about anything to get a "sale" I don't believe that my experience was even worth a star rating but I wanted my personal experience to be shared as I don't want anyone else to go through what I am currently experiencing.
I visited with a friend who was interested in buying. I have not been greeted by sales staff of any kind as happily and enthusiastically as I was at this store. The young lady who served us had informative answers to all questions, even offering ideas and information we had not thought of. Very caring and honest advice. Had I been looking myself, I would have not hesitated. I would recommend the sales staff at Nowra Tynan to anybody in search of their next car. Thanks again Tynan Subaru Nowra.
I love the friendly service and honest approach the sales staff. They offered me ways to save money on my new car rather than trying to squeeze more profit. Their sales person Alyse was awesome. So helpful and could answer all my questions.
We purchased an LDV T60 luxe ute only to find a special deal being launched days after we picked up the vehicle. We contacted Craig from Wollongong who organized the extras to be installed at the first 1 month service. David acting as support salesman at Nowra advised the contact with Wollongong and has been very helpful since. I will put further posts as we pass our milestones with servicing but so far we are very pleased with the vehicle and staff.
