never got to use them and won't because they wasted my time having me fill out an online form only to be told i have to speak to someone on the phone. Just want a straightforward quote not be bombarded by a salesman. Piece of advice: have a better online presence for customers with limited time.
Would never get liberty mutual car insurance again, these people dont care if youre in an accident. They wont fight for you even though you pay them monthly. Look elsewhere.
