This was second time I was seen by Dr. Andrew H. Thornton and both times I was very pleased with his thorough examination of my medical issues, discussed medical issues, was very attentive to my explaining my symptoms both times. Very patient, amicable, friendly. I've been going to Novant Health Village Family Care for years now. If my PCP is not available, I would request Dr. Andrew H. Thornton!!!! Although, ALL physicians at Novant Health Village Family Care are awesome!!
Dr. Thornton is very familiar with my medical history in and out of his practice. He is a very good listener and I am comfortable talking with him about any concerns. Dr. Thornton did not rush through our appointment and ordered necessary lab work to ensure that everything is on track. Results with his explanations and recommendations were available the same day and posted un "My Chart."
Dr. Thornton doesn't rush his time with you. He answers questions and makes sure everything is ok before you leave. He's an awesome doctor with lots of patience.
