This was our 2nd registration with BSS - the first time we went to them was right before the pandemic at the LA fitness location on Bel Pre Rd. Since that location closed we joined the one in LA fitness on Cameron St sunday mornings 11am. Our twins did all of 4 or 5 classes in 2.5 months middle of March to early June because either the teacher would call out sick or they would close the pool due to improper chemistry. Bonnie is lovely. She's clearly very experienced and completely confident and natural with the children. She's made this a great experience for our daughter.
My opinion of the school. if you’re looking for inconsistency, constant cancellations, constant changes in schedule, and poor management then this is the place. I can honestly say it didn't start out this way. the staff and teachers that my family started out with were amazing. My child and I loved it. Unfortunately, frequent turn around in staff (on a whim) occurs a lot here. Parents never know what's going on.
