These people are con-artists, all of them (maybe not the underlings, but most everyone involved). Take a look at all of these "reviews." Anyone with half a brain can literally copy and paste the text and find that there are reviews that are exactly, verbatim the same, but for a similar company (if my memory serves me right, knoxville, I think). And how exactly does their product "reflect," sunlight when it's installed INSIDE THE HOME????? Someone really needs to put these people out of business, and sue the owners. Pathetic.
These guys are frauds! Had there product installed only to find out later that the insulation will only give about 3 to 5 % savings on your bill. The scheme is to make you think that your gonna save 20% or they will refund the difference. When I tried to contact them for my refund they changed address and phone numbers, cancelled there face book page and don't return your phone calls. I had a great experience with RCI, from there sales rep to the installers. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very professional. They installed the rci insulation system in my newly remodeled home. The product is amazing and the crew was just the same. I look forward to enjoying the winter with my newly insulated home. I highly recommend Residential Concepts INC.to anyone interested in insulating their home.
I was going to do this myself but really didn't want to climb up into my 1950"s attic with its rock wool insulation and muck around in there to get the job done. I had priced this out last summer and came in around $800-$1200 using the blower and cellulose from the Big Box Home Store. Then I ran across a $300 coupon for these folks.
