About 6 weeks ago i went into Peterborough branch to purchase a glowplug control module for a customers car. I was told upon ordering that due to it being an electrical item its non returnable and you cant cancel the order for a refund. I accepted as we needed the part to fix a customers car, and paid for the part in full. Upon receiving the part, we realised the new part gave us a glow plug warning light and ‘unknown’ fault codes on our £3000 mac tools diagnostics scanner.
