Jenifer is amazing she is outspoken and will make sure she tells me what i need to hear, even if it wasnt good news, she was right thats all that matters and feelings dont apply to law. She handled my case like a true friend and like a boss boss I was extreamly impressed. She was dedicated fast and suporting She listened to everything I had to say. Jennifer was fast frendly and on point all the way through stuff. If I ever need her again i wouldnt hesitate. she is the absolute best.

I reached out to Jennifer team about a discrimination issue I have with my landlord. When Lori finally got back to me she was very rude and unprofessional. She did not let me speak, it felt like she continued to talk over me, then finally said I was not going to change Jennifer's mind she will not be taking my case. I felt unheard, I understand they don't take all cases however a simple "we apologize this isn't something we could help you with" could have been simple and RESPECTFUL. My experience was amazing! I felt seen and heard from the beginning. My case was taken very seriously, and my thoughts and feelings, as well. My case took less than 24 months and throughout, I was informed along the way. I want to take this time to give a huge "shout out" to Lori Kolb!!! She is amazing!
