I first met Dave in 1982. I have had Dave repair Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche vehicles. He is honest, fair priced and does the highest quality work I have seen. I no longer live in the Western suburbs but go out of the way to take my cars to Dave and always will. Dennis G
I found Close Encounters via a Google search some months ago. I inquired there about some rust around my car's gas cap. Dave Schele explained to me everything I never thought I wanted to know about rust, and in the end, he wouldn't take my money to fix it because (as he put it) it wasn't in my best interest.
