Great work from Close Comfort again! We called them back to service our heating system and make some modifications for us. They did a great job, (as always) and now we will be running more efficiently and have much more space available to work in. Always great to work with this company. Horrible, service. Unprofessional staff. Do not recommend, please save yourself the trouble and money. Telling you from experience. They absolutely just waste your time. If I could give a zero star, they would absolutely deserve it.
Carlos and Chris were both friendly and professional. They quickly got my hot water back on and even handled the warranty process with the manufacturer, saving me hundreds on parts. Their pricing was very competitive compared to others. Highly recommend!
