Ms Geraldine is an exceptional staff! I was so confused as to what wig to buy and she was able to guide me through the process in a nice, calm and friendly manner. She advised me on the products to buy for my party and I got them happily. She was literally attending to like three customers at once and we were all satisfied with her service. I would definitely be visiting the store again because of her lovely service!
Geraldine was amazing! She helped my aunt and mom with all their questions and needs. They were amazed asking and looking at everything lol so I truly appreciated it the patient she had with them. Thank you so much ! :)
Favourite Clore in the GTA! Friendly and very knowledgeable employees. Also, the store is always neatly kept.
If I could give zero stars for the service I received today, I would. Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I brought my items to the cashier, and during checkout, one of the hair products wouldn’t scan. The cashier called a supervisor, who then informed me that they couldn’t sell the product because it wasn’t in their system. I asked why it was on the shelf if it couldn’t be sold. I bought a hair product from this location and when I went to Walmart I saw the same product at a way cheaper price (Clore $17.99 and Walmart $8.48) so I thought about returning the product but then I was told only if it has a protective seal and it didn't have one but the security seal was placed right at the opening of the product so I thought well if I tried to open it or anything they would know as the security seal would be broken.
