I recently visited this location on Upper James and I must say that the staff is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Marvelous helped me with my problem, which was dryness and breakage. She explained why my hair was dry and why it was breaking so much. She first asked me a few questions about my routine then diagnosed my hair type and told me what I should do to stop the breakage and dryness. Love this place! Shout out to Yohanna at the Lebovic store in Scarborough. Being a cancer survivor myself, she was so attentive and compassionate with my situation. Her assistance was kind and caring and so down to earth. I felt very taken care of and all my questions, concerns and needs were met. I bought a beautiful wig for such great value.
