I visited the store yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Akyan. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with guiding me through my first steps in makeup. They took the time to explain products and recommend what suited me best. I left feeling confident and excited to start my makeup journey. Highly recommend!
I recently visited this location on Upper James and I must say that the staff is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Marvelous helped me with my problem, which was dryness and breakage. She explained why my hair was dry and why it was breaking so much. She first asked me a few questions about my routine then diagnosed my hair type and told me what I should do to stop the breakage and dryness.
