Clooten Siding has been a great disappointment to this family. After the siding project was completed, all sorts of problems began cropping up. They took the money ($5,000) then they began to dismiss our complaints about the shoddy job they did. The siding began warping and buckling and pulling away from the house. With every call we have made since these problems have shown up, we get excuses, delaying tactics and a complete lack of will to rectify the matter. Go else where I wanted to inform everyone that I contacted Jesse clooten with Clooten Siding and Windows. I must meantion he was rude as f****. Also stated he would call me back and never did. It's been 6 months.Guess he didn't need my 5k. I ended up choosing the Window and Door store.

Excellent styling advice. Seemed very knowledgeable and interested in making the house look better. Came in cheaper than competitor.

I have had three houses done by Tom. I was happy with the windows but at times they were not on time with installations and weren't the best explanations of how to correct window mistakes.

Extremely happy. Tom, the owner, went above and beyond. Crew was friendly and answered all my questions. Now I know why they have been in business for 30 plus years.

Would not recommend. Was not happy with the job they did. When the owner came by all he did was make excuses and left. I am left to repair their mistakes.
