The place here deserves no star. I can not believe my spouse chose this place to fix our car. They said it’ll take about 7-9 days for parts to come but it took them over a month to fix my car. Now they gave me and my insurance a price but when my insurance gave me the check to pay, they now say that insurance still owe them more. Also when each time we called they keep on going up on our total. I can not believe they trying to lie and milk more money out of their customer. This will be the first and last time.

Went in for a water pump replacement and brake check. Actual repair price was $300 more than original quote. They did not order brake part I requested. "It's ok if it makes that noise alot, its just old and a new part is on back order anyway". Now I'm doing my own brake pad replacement and one of my wheel bolt posts is obviously cross threaded from when they checked it. Proud of Toyota OEM parts, surprised the bolt didn't shear when i had to get this off with a sledge. NEVER going back.
Appraisal experience. I applied through kelly blue book. Cloninger sales team encouraged me to come. Very disappointing appraisal.
