REFUSE THE INSURANCE THEY TELL YOU , YOU HAVE TO HAVE AT CLOSING IS A LIE. I wasn't given a option to purchase the insurance that they throw on the table at me. It was over $3,000 Back in 2014. The lawyer that handled my closing on first home mortgage buyer. I feel they took advantage of me because it was my first time buying a house. Years later I founded out that, you didn't even have to buy it. That's what you are paying the lawyer for.
